Honestly, I am not surprised either. A little disappointed, yeah. But such is the life of an Ant fan. I've learned to just let it roll off my back.

One part of me is not surprised, but the other part IS a bit surprised...You would have thought after the success of the Bloomsbury show, where he saw first-hand how much he is missed and still adored by fans, that he would want to try and continue to ride the wave again...

People were more than willing to pay good money for this special book, so I would hope it wasn't a monetary issue...

Over coffee in town this morning, I said to Annet I was going to email Mal for an update on the book as I feel I have given more than enough advertising space to the book project.

I come home to this, and have removed the ad banner from the FoN article I posted last night.

I am bitterly disappointed, but not in the least bit surprised.

Very sad but I agree with most comments here. Im also feeling a mix of both disappointment an all I can do is sigh and shake my head. I guesss I should also remove the banner from my space as well.

As many have expressed, I'm disapointed (and pissed to be quite frank), but not surprised.
this was handled poorly from the get-go. Tsk, tsk!
But I'll continue to be optimistic that we'll see/hear something someday.

It is being suggested elsewhere that the project was canceled because Adam was upset about the bootleg Bloomsbury recordings that are, supposedly, floating around and, as a result, he felt the fans had shown him no respect.
